Here is a link I feel is something about the past you may find very interesting.
I believe it's proof of ancient Atlantis
Let me know what you think.

  1. the carbon dating for Gobekli Tepe mentioned surely coincides with the date of the pyramids, 10,490-10,390 bce per the Cayce reading, which is 12K years ago. Not likely a coincidence.

  2. I was saving this for a reading question... I think that Gobekli Tepe could be part of Atlantis... one of the reasons would be the art work. There are lots of the same images repeated on different columns at the same scale. To replicate images in a painting/fresco you need paper or a thin sheet to use as a cartoon to reproduce an identical image. re-creating the same image is possible by hand in drawing, but reproducing the image in stone is something else. You lose your charcoal image when you start carving (or whatever pigment you are using... Iron oxide, red/yellow ocher would stain the stone that appears sedimentary.) Anyway, the actual image is in high relief. This means it had to be pre-planned because the outside of the shape is chiseled away leaving the silhouette to be carved to mimic the characteristics of an an animal... There is another way to get the image in the right spot, and you are carving it into stone so it has to be exact it you are going to replicate the image, and one of the best ways to do this is by projecting the image on to the surface. Could be produced by a camera obscura type of lens provided you can shade a side of the column and still reflect the sunlight... unless you have a powerful light source.

There are more dimensional sculptures... if they find more identical sculptures that will mean that the artists are using gages to replicate measurement... This is all pretty important because the complexity of the art and processes can let you know that this group of people were waaaaay past hunter gather stage.

I don't think that the place was used for religious purposes. The spiral and lifting of the columns in a spiral shape is similar to a lot of things like that Nazca Peru aqueducts or the shells they were probably finding along the beach... The other thing is that they are depicting animals, but whomever architect/historian is attributing this to "hunter-gather" temple seems to dumb down the possibility that this was something like a government building, or a library, or something that would have utilized ramps... maybe a commercial center. (It's always a temple if the animals are carved in it, and if the statue is fat and has big boobs, it's a fertility goddess...)

Personally, I think the animals are decorative on the columns. (It would help if they unearth more of the site.)

It will probably be something like a high tech well that goes hundreds of feet deep...

I think I agree with Reba on this one. Cayce did mention that the pyramids were at least 10,000 years old. (I remember reading this in one of his books.)
